Order Processing Time
In-stock (non-custom) orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or personalized orders require additional preparation time and will be processed and shipped within up to 7 business days.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
Shipping Method & Delivery
Treasure of Elegance ships orders using trusted shipping carriers. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Treasure of Elegance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
